This week, the staff of the León Viejo Ruins Site participated in a special lecture given by social anthropologist Sandra Espinoza and archaeologist Ramiro García Vasquez.

During the talk, valuable experiences were shared about the excavations carried out in 2000, where the skeletons of historical figures such as Pedrarias Dávila and Francisco Hernández de Córdoba, among other key figures of the colonial period, were discovered.
